剧情介绍
两个面容相似的女孩子，一前一后走进英皓冬生命。前者，像她的名字，昙花般在一场变故中凋零，后者，同样像她的名字，以自己的芳馨温暖了皓冬的心。18岁女孩蓝素馨寻找工作时，碰到深陷在因为女友去世而精神抑郁的英皓冬。作为看护员的素馨为皓冬承受了亲朋好友们的不少误解和岐见，但是，她却能以阳光灿烂的心境对待和化解这一切。在素馨和皓冬妈妈等人的努力下，皓冬的记忆逐渐恢复，纠结在皓冬身上的那场变故疑云也终于云开雾散，素馨伴随皓冬及众亲友们终于走向阳光灿烂的新天地。 展开全部
