《嘿!好样的》是湖南卫视职场历练主持新人节目，于2018年5月10日晚22点开播。将邀请“快乐家族”杜海涛加盟,他将常驻节目并担任主持新生实战特训营的营长,带动和发掘新生代主持人优势,着力培养主持新秀。19位来自全国各地的芒果主持新生，以湖南卫视试用员工的身份，进入芒果主持实战特训营，他们将在三个月内争取各大节目台前幕后的工作机会，得到何炅、汪涵等主持前辈的悉心指导，经历各大王牌节目突如其来的考核，最终诞生一位芒果主持新人王，赢得2019湖南卫视跨年演唱会的首张主持席位。 展开全部
