满清康熙皇帝玄烨继位初期，由鳌拜、索尼、苏克萨哈、遏必隆为四大辅政大臣。康熙八年，朝局混乱，以鳌拜为首的党羽先后除掉其他三位辅政大臣，独尊朝政，受百臣参拜。康熙为整顿朝政稳固江山，特暗中训练三人为大内密探，专为康熙体察民间疾苦，肃清腐败贪官，三人并称大内密探王二狗。 展开全部
